In case you haven’t heard, we had a great weekend at the Attic Film Festival in Austin, Texas. Both of our short films, “Director’s Cut” and “Forgive Me,” screened at the event, and Forgive Me was nominated for several awards, including Best Screenplay, Best Technical Achievement, Best Short and Best Film. We had a great time watching all the other films and meeting lots of great people.
We would have been very happy to win only one of these awards, but we were pleasantly surprised and a bit overwhelmed by the amount of enthusiasm for “Forgive Me.” Not only did we win Best Short Film, we also won Best Film (overall)! And to top it all off, the festival attendees were given ballots to vote for their favorite film, and we also won the Audience Favorite Award!
